The Township of Galway-Cavendish and Harvey is requesting tenders for a Pickup Truck (4x4).

Bidders are required to submit bids on Township Tender Forms that can be obtained from the Township Office or here.

Sealed Tenders, clearly marked "Pickup Turck (4x4)" will be received by the undersigned until 12:00 noon, local time, on November 1, 2011.

Lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. In the event only one bid is received the Corporation of the Township of Galway-Cavendish and Harvey reserves the right to either accept or refuse it.  The bidder agrees to save the municipality harmless of any compensation if the tender is cancelled. Bids received after the closing time and date will be returned unopened.

One, four (4) wheel drive, full frame, diesel powered tractor with cab.

The Township Specifications and Tender Form must be used and can be obtained from the Municipal Office or here.

The Township of Galway-Cavendish and Harvey is seeking a Request for Quotation for alterations and upgrades to Galway Community Hall located at 579 Galway Road.  Township RFQ forms must be used and are available at the Township Office or here.

Sealed envelopes clearly marked "RFQ-2-2011 Alterations and Upgrades to Galway Community Hall" will be received by the undersigned until 12:00 noon local time on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 for alterations and upgrades to the Galway Community Hall to make the hall accessible under the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, S.O. 2005, Chapter 11.  Quotations will be opened at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15 at the Regular Council Meeting.

Lowest or any proposal not neccessarily accepted. In the event only one quotation is received the Corporation of the Township of Galway-Cavendish and Harvey reserves the right to either accept or refuse it. Quotations received after the closing date and time will be returned unopened.

Mandatory site meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at the Galway Community Hall, 579 Galway Road.
