New payment options are available to assist our ratepayers with paying property taxes. Please be sure to check out our Tax Payment Options page to determine which service is best for you and your needs.
The 2011 Final Tax Bills were mailed on July 12th with the installment dates of August 25th, 2011 and October 27th, 2011.

2008 Reassessment Information
The Government of Ontario has made a number of changes to property assessment values. These changes include:
- A four-year assessment update cycle - 2008 property assessment will apply for the next four taxation years: 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
- Phase-in of assessment increases - if there is an increase in the property assessment compared to the previously used 2005 assessment, the increase will be phase-in equally over the four years.
- If there is a decrease in the property assessed value compared to the previous 2005 assessment, it will be reflected immediately in the 2009 tax year.
