Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Regular Tax Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Payment options are available to assist our ratepayers with paying property taxes. Please be sure to check out our Tax Payment Options page to determine which service is best for you and your needs.

Current Tax Rates

The Municipality sets the new Tax Rates once the budget for the current year has been determined. 

Your interim taxes are always 50% of what you paid the previous year and divided into 2 payments of March and May of every year.

Your final taxes are the adjusted amount once the taxation rate has been determined and also has 2 payments of August and October of every year.

How many Tax bills?

You will receive two mailings in a single year, an Interim and a Final. Each mailing will have two installments, two on the Interim bill and two on the Final bill amounting to four property tax payments in a year. 

The office will accept postdated cheques for our snowbirds or other part-time residents.
