The Waste Disposal Sites employ full-time and part-time employees. This division of the Public Works operates four transfer stations.

Municipal Transfer Stations
- Buckhorn Transfer Station, 3166 County Road 36 - just east of the hamlet of Buckhorn
- Cavendish Transfer Station, 3405 County Road 507 - just south of the Cavendish Community Centre complex
- Bobcaygeon Transfer Station, 69 County Road 36 - just east of the village of Bobcaygeon
- Crystal Lake Transfer Station, 1018 Crystal Lake Road
