Building & Planning Information Package & Fees

New:On November 18th, the Council of the County of Peterborough passed a Tariff of Fees By-law under The Planning Act  which has the effect of changing their Land Division fees effective January 1, 2010. All new applications submitted as of that date will be subject to the new fee structure. Any applications in-process prior to that date will continue to have the current fees applied. This means that if someone submits an application on or before December 31, 2009, even the current deed-stamping fee will continue to apply even though the deed will be stamped after January 1, 2010.

You can obtain a copy of the County By-law and Schedule A here for your information.
