The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes passed By-Law No. B2014-070, the Comphrehensive Zoning By-Law on July 15, 2014.  The appeal period for this By-Law ends on August 6, 2014. Please see the Notices and Releases page for more details.

  • Peterborough County GIS (Geographical Information Systems)  Search for properties by address, roll number, lot & concession, or GPS co-ordinates.  Learn about the landscape using map features or high resolution aerial photos. Print or export a customized map displaying your own markups using the drawing and measuring tools

  • Make a Map: Natural Heritage Areas (six natural heritage layers include provincial parks, conservation reserves, wetlands, woodlands, areas of natural & scientific inters (ANSIs) and natural heritage systems associated with the Oak Ridges Moraine, Greenbelt and Niagara Escarpment, tracked species, endangered and threatened species where information is permitted.

48 hours minimum notice required for scheduling an inspection.


Development Charges

Peterborough County and Township/Municipal Development Charges as of January 1, 2014 pdf document.

increased and will remain at the following rates:
